A Princess of Mars is one of the greatest science fiction/fantasy stories of all time. Penned by Edgar Rice Burrough, it tells the story of American Civil War veteran, John Carter. After prospecting in the deserts of Arizona goes awry when he was beset by Native American Indians, Carter discovers an ancient relic that transported him through time and space into an unknown world.
